Fast Rope Systems
A USPTO patent pending original design, the GCC Aero Fast Rope System (FRS) is the optimal fast rope mission solution for helicopters with skids. Rated at 280 kg operating load under Human External Cargo regulations, this system allows for deployment of two 120 kg personnel using standard 1.75" diameter ropes with metallic or non-metallic end fittings.
Our compact FRS design allows for conformal mount to the helicopter fuselage with negligible aerodynamic drag. Equipped with boom deployable beyond helicopter skids.
Fast rope can be loaded - unloaded with One Hand in One Motion. Qualified for all weather operations. Versatile and user friendly equipment for safer and rapid personnel Insertion - Extraction - Evacuation.
